where could I find torque specs for flywheel on a 90 hp in-line 6 cyl. mercury outboard? Thanks for your help.

150 ft-lbs rings a bell. Don't want it moving on you.

Those flywheels and crankshafts have a "W" machined into them. They don't shear like conventional keyways. I do not have the spec in front of me. I just made them pretty tight, and never had an issue.
