rewiring cobia 256 with twin outboards

I want to rewire my boat. the switches that are from the factory are mostly 5 gang with dozens of jumper wires. its a nightmare. I want to know if the switches that come with reset buttons can be eliminated and run 3 gang switchess that will have power in, power out and ground using breaker buss's and terminal buss's. i have many unused wires in this set up and it is constant issue for plugs to easily pulled out.

Why not crimp the 1/4spades to keep them from coming off?

The switches in effect replace individually fused circuits.

I would much rather setup and make a bunch of jumpers rather than install a 6 gang fuse panel and run individuals feeds to each switch.

Good quality spade lugs don’t come off.
