No snow here either but it sure is cold!

Not used to staying in the house! I'm just glad i have heat in my shop too..someplace to hang out anyway..

That's true. Our low here in Lafayette is supposed to be 17 on Sunday but by Thursday we will be in the 60s.

We have had 3 feet of snow in the last 4 days. I've been clearing off the snow on my boat with mt leaf blower. The tarp is so slick that the snow just slides off like nothing!!

I am curious how many of us Floridians will get caught with cracked blocks from the freezing temps...

I wont see em..but it was 35 degrees this am....Frozen OJ time!

We have freezing rain or snow forecast for tonight...
I have to work tonight driving in it...oh fun! I'm used to it but these folks around here just can't drive on slick roads at all.

I hear ya on the cabin fever TD....Thats why i went out a couple weeks ago and bought one of those propane heaters that mount on the propane tank from my camper.
It was 20* last night and i was tinkering around in my shop.The temp in there was 70*..
I stayed out there after midnight with the tv on and surfing the web.

Where did 3" of ice come from? We have ice storms every year and have NEVER had 3". A 1/2 of ice will shut down everything.

Who says we Floridians don't know what snow looks like. I can remember it falling....let's see.....well, maybe ONCE in my 54 yrs here...here's proof..

Well there is an up side to all the snow....should help bring water levels up for spring.....I know hear in the Great Lakes region we are running a little low....In the end of Sep we had parts of the Maumee River dry up, i haven't seen that happen in a long time..!

So more snow=more melt= better boating come spring!!
