First, are the transom bolt patters the same? Or, will I have to fill in holes and redrill to use Bravo drives? Can I use existing couplers from Alphas? Will controls need to be changed/retried?

If you are planning on using the same motor you will need to ditch the interrupt switch parts. If there is a computer it would be different for a Bravo also.
