Replacing vro pump with just fuel pump need help

I have a 1986 johnson 90 hp v4 model #j90tlcdc . I am replacing vro pump the oil injection was unhooked when I bought the boat but now I need to replace the pump and a vro pump is $475. I was told that I could replace with just a fuel pump but I have no idea what to order for this motor can anyone help?

get the pump for the 1995 112 special, it should bolt to your block, if you can find one to look at and see how it goes it would help.

I have a '85 90hp and did the same job. This is what I ordered:
