so i was goIng to put my boat in the water when I realized that the thru Hull fitting that drains the water from the deck out the transom was loose. So I first was going to try and use some type of adhesive to mount it back but I decided to do it right. I want to replace it. I did notice there was water around the hole where water must’ve been getting in. What would be best practice to find out how much damage is around the hole? Would I be able to use export or marine Tex around the hole and then just replace the thru Hull. Also any good recommendations on getting the old thru Hull fitting out? Thank you any tips or articles/how to”s would be great
