Hey guys, I am newbie on this site. I have a 1995 16' Alumacraft V16 LTD. I was planning on selling her w/ the intention of upgrading. I took the boat out of storage, brought her home to clean up and when I stepped in my foot just about went through the sole. I already ripped out old sole and sure enough I found cheep plywood rotted out. I woukd like to repair it w/out spending alot of $. especially if I cant sell it and I will be using it myself. I have been leaning toward a rubberized floor. Is it worth the $ and what prep must be done to the plywood before hand. Any help please
