replacing port side manifold mercrusier 160, 1989

can anyone tell me how difficult and expensive it wd be to replace a port side manifold that has cracked on an i/o mercrusier 160hp, 1989?

around $510 for the manifold.just remove the riser, carb, couple of manifold bolts,and thats it

a 160hp is that a inline six? if so there easy. i have a complete aluminum manifold/water exchanger complete[minus carb] great condition. i have a 79 inline six[250] it would have worked but didnt quite match up to my exhaust bellows. so i used the cast iron one for my boat. if it is what you need pm me thanks ken

I'm assuming that you're talking about a v-6 rather than an inline. If it were me and I were having a problem with one side, I would probably assume that both are close to going and replace both risers and manifolds on both sides.

The 89 160 is probably a 470. and actually a 165.
