Does anyone know the procedure for replacing the impeller on a 1991 Suzuki 2 stroke? DT 40 04003 133026

Put the motor in gear, losen the cluth rod connector, loosen the lower unit bolts (with care and lotsa WD40) drop the lower unit ... replace impellar .....

best I remember shift into reverse makes it easier, DO NOT pull the shift shaft up far enough to disengage the clutch.
from there its a matter of removing the bolts and dropping the case then removing the pump housing.
