Hi, I'm new on here. We are about to buy a pontoon boat. Its a 1979 25 ft. crest that has been redone except the top. I am having trouble finding anywhere to get one. Does anyone have any ideas? Here's a pic.

Looks like you need to look up places that do awnings for storefronts and windows. That does not look like a typical bimini top to me, but I'm pretty new to boats, so take what I say with a grain of salt and lets see what others have to say.

Re: Replacement top

The top for my pontoon is exactly like the one you have & mine had nothing much left of it in the way of material. I looked on eBay & found Sunbrella material to recover mine & had a friend I know to use the old top as a pattern & she made me a complete new Sunbrella top for less the $300.00 including the Sunbrella material I got off ebay. Hope this helps as there is nowhere that I could find that had the exact same premade top for sale. I did mine in White & it looks great.

+1 for VAGent... If you don't know someone with a heavy duty sewing machine then search for canvas shops. You'll find one around most large boating communities such as the coast and large lakes. And make sure you insist on Sunbrella material.
