Replacement seats

I was wondering if there was any difference in "marine grade" vinyl and "all weather" vinyl in the seats that are available. Some say all weather as to imply they are of a better grade than most. Are there different grades of "marine" vinyl?

it's all exterior vinyl, the ultra violet rays are going to kill all of it over time. the weight and backing is what you want for durability.
