replaced my merc manifolds with osco new problem

I replaced my exhaust manifolds on my 7.4 merc engines and I now have a problem mounting the remote oil filter to the riser. My problem is that the remote oil filter bracket does not work with the osco risers. I am told the problem is that my original risers were stainless steel and the bracket only fit that riser. I am waiting for my parts guy to get back to me but am asking if anyone has had this problem and how they corrected it. Thanks

The make a bracket for your cast ones that will work or fab up something.

Either Fab up a bracket,+ mount it where it Was,....
Or,.....
Fab up a bracket,+ Mount it Anywhere you Want.......
