Repairing plywood decking...

I have a '85 14' Smokercraft and the plywood floor is rotting causing the seat to have no stability. I obviously need to replace the plywood, but I have absolutely no idea how to go about it.

Is there anywhere to get manuals or plans on hull construction?

There are other facets of the interior that need to come out, but are riveted in. Do I have to drill or cut off the rivets and replace them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This upcoming season is my second with the boat, and I would love to be able to save it before it gets too bad.

Thanks for the time!
