PayPal is owned by eBay, so you're dealing with the same system fwiw. And I've done a lot of eBay commerce and have always come out whole

It was a little more difficult now as EBay split off PayPal as a separate company per an EBay customer service person. Probably a whole owned subsidiary.

I ended up getting another used Y pipe and it should be here in about a week. I also bought another used gimbal housing that has the 5 bolt pattern so I can correctly bolt the Y pipe with the 4 hole in line bolts. The gimbal housing will also be here in about a week. I did post a thread on gimbal housing types and part numbers after doing a lot of research for info that might help others.
