repair of push together plugs.

I have a wire that came out of one of the electrical connection plugs on my 1985 90hp evinrude. the wires (2) (black) run to the tilt and trim junction on the rear of the motor.

is there a way to re solder that into the plug,

Did the wire com out or the connector pin/socket? If the wire only came out, you will have to get the pin or socket out to resolder it back. If the entire wire with pin or socket came out, just look to see if there is any type of catch on it and bend it out so that it will catch when pushed back in. Then just push it back in...
