I purchased a 2008 pontoon. The rails were white but the paint is starting to flake off. I took the boat totally apart and took the rails to be sandblasted and powder coated. I wanted to have the paint totally off and repainted. The man tried to sandblast the railing butt said the paint would not come off. It must be factory painted with marine paint, which will not come off. I also want to remove the decals and repaint the side panels and put new colorful decals on. Where do I start? Thank you
