Are there any known issues with this boat or motor? I'm looking to take a sea trial and purchase.

It is a 1996 Renken Seamaster 2688 walk around cuddy is powered by a 7.4 liter Mercruiser with a Bravo drive. Features include: enclosed head with shower, dockside power, electric stove, sleeps four, hardtop with canvas enclosure, wash-down, windless, original owner, lift kept, no bottom paint, trim tabs, dual batteries, and the list goes on and on. Best of all, the engine was replaced in 2012 and has less than ten hours on her! She comes with an 18 month factory warranty on the engine block. Our crazy price is only $12,995 This boat is a must see.

Yup, loks like a crazy price to me. For a 1996 you could get it for half the price in my area. A replaced engine is a red flag right off the bat. Compare Renken fit and finish and quality of materials and construction to any other brand - they are on the low end of the pole.

That is exactly what I was beginning to think. Prices for everything are inflated in the DC area, I may take my search to Carolina or possibly Florida where boat prices seem to be more reasonable.
