removing the engine while in the water

Have 2006 Regal 3360 windows express with two Volvo Penta 5.7liter Gi-f engines. I wondered if I could take the engine out of the boat while it is still docked in the water, or do I have to dry dock the boat? The reason is the engine is giving me Trouble with oil leaks and a miss at high rpm runs rough and pops through the throttle body. I have done a complete tune-up and had the fuel injectors cleaned and serviced. compression test was done and all cylinders were above 150 psi.
