Removing the edges

Hey out there,
After an incredibly busy summer that forced me to neglect my 15' Phantom restoration I'm banging out the last removal steps before rain and cold bang on us. Unfortunately I'm up against a corner, literally. Could someone give me some pointers on how to get the edges of the old deck cut off? I used a reciprocating saw and circ saw to get the large pieces out but now have a two inch section of floor sticking out all around the sides. I tried a grinder but it was messy cutting through the wood.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Removing the edges

I used the grinder to get a starting point for a flat pry bar. The deck came loose from the hull, grudgingly, but all that was left was fibers to sand off.
