It really depends on how bad they are, size, how long they’ve been seized, and location. Heating the nut can help loosen the threads since both metals will expand at different rates. Brake fluid is a pretty good catalyst. Sometimes it’s just best to cut your losses and use a nut splitter, grinder, or sawzall to remove the offending fastener.
