removed 6 bolts can't get lower unit off DF 140

I pulled the six bolts that hold on the lower unit but it seems like it is stuck didn't want to break anything!

Does it drop down at all? Have you cut or disconnected the speedo tube? Maybe let it hang there overnight and sometimes they will just slide off on their own, but better secure it with a rope so it don't bust the skeg or anything when it drops. Good Luck and let us know how it does!

No I haven't disconnected the speed-o tube but it has some slack in it so that shouldn't be holding it. I did take a dead blow hammer and tap around but it didn't move it's like there is something else holding it or it's stuck.

I'm looking at the parts list on boats.net. They show a seventh bolt hidden under the trim tab.
