remove starter on 90hp inline 6 1980 model

I'm trying to remove the starter.I've found and removed 4 bolts, but it is still solid. Is there hidden bolts or anything I have to take off before the starter can be removed?

You do have the top cowling support off, right? The starter has a locating "lobe" that fits into the block. Maybe it is stuck there?
