registration number on Ebbtide boat??

I recently purchased a 14' Ebbtide <br />fiberglass boat and can't find the serial number. It's probably manufactured around 1969. Does <br />anyone know where it might be located?

It may be before required to have one. I think always on the transom on the starboard side at the top.

The ID plate on my 73 ebbtide is right on the dash, close to the driver's left knee. It's riveted on...has model name, numbers, and hp recomendations, too. Good luck.
