this is my frist project ever and it's not as bad as i thought it would be. all the small stuff really eats the time like making a putty mix to fill all the cracks and crevases,scibing and fittin the stringers that sort of stuff. here are some pic's for the forum

Looks like you got'er under control, will the interior go back in as it came out?

no i'm going to build a deck in the back and have batt. box's and a live well. it will come out to where the seat was and will now be the new seat. the console will be in the same place

I almost went with the flat's boat design.
Two things stopped me, my four year old and the fact that it get's rough here, didn't want to be limited to the fair weather days.
