I've been trying to learn more about my work lately. Boat repair is a career for me, so any knowledge can only help. I've been doing this for 11 years. I knoe how to do the work, but I don't really know much about the materials, design, or anything related to the industry. I'm almost done with a book from West Systems, and have read a bit about materials here ( https://www.fibreglast.com/blogs/le... resin, in liquid form, end result is the boat. ). I know there are classes, but those cost thousands and require out of state travel, so they're not an option. Can anyone point me to other books or online sources? Thanks.

We don't actually use much epoxy. The only thing we use from West is their Six-Ten epoxy on keel guards. I was just looking up boat repair books and that came up. I've learned a bit from it, and found stuff I would never do.
I've also subscribed to the restoration section to help when I can. I've been occasionally reading threads from other sections too. Thanks for the reply.
