Rebuilt the fuel pump on an Evinrude 48 SPL

I'm guessing this is the reason the engine was starving for
fuel at higher rpm's. The old diaphragm feels like a
piece of plastic, and the check valves are all warped.

Either repair that one or get a new one. That's bad !!

I rebuilt it yesterday using OEM parts. Those were the old parts.
So it was definitely bad? That's what I was wanting to hear. That
confirms it!
