Rebuild or new powerhead

I lost 2 cylinders in my 200EFI and was wondering what my best route would be, have it rebuilt or get a new powerhead installed for $700 more?

Cost vs Cost?

Do you have the ability to take the block to a shop for rebuild? = How much time and how much $

Can you find a good powerhead and hw hard is it to install.

I would have the cylinders rebuilt withnew rings and put a little more bump in the trunk!

The mechanic told me the rebuild will take a long time since he's a one man operation. The new powerhead route will be quicker for him to get done. I'm leaning more toward the new powerhead, but just want to know which route is better to insure it doesn't happen again.
