Does anyone know if f60 yahama 2004 can be rebuild and if so some one i can send them to have it done?

Most any Yamaha boat/motor dealer should have a mechanic to clean and adjust carbs.

Rebuilding them is easy, balancing the intake vacuum is going to be a problem without the proper equipment.

As long as the mechanic is careful, no carb kit is even required. It's easy to clean most any 2 stroke carb--just a few minutes to do each carb.
