Rear Main Seal

I got a long block and it has a one piece main seal. Two questions is it the same as a two piece so all I need to do is drive it in and I should soak it in oil first?
I have done a 2 piece before but not a one just making sure.

I lubricate the inner part with some oil and use a sealant on the ouside (Permatex Aviation) and press it in /drive it in.
