i have an old evinrude boat motor and i want to find out the year/hp/fuel ratio, the patent year is 1935 and the serial number is 4423-57252

4423 models were made from 1947-1951. They are 3.3HP models. Fuel ratio is 24:1 or 1 quart of modern TC-W3 oil per 6 gal. of gas.(5.3 ounces of oil per gallon). Here's a link to the 1951 model.
