Ok found the problem one cylinder wasn't recieving fuel after the carbs were rebuilt. Blown hole in cylinder. New powerhead only 30 hrs on it.<br />steve

That'll do it every time....sorry to hear that.<br />If the damage is mostly piston, it may be possible to clean that cyl. and install what is needed in the cyl only. <br />Those carbs need to be gone through again, and jets need to be verified for size and free-flow.
