RE: trouble removing merc exhaust manifold bolts

I have twin 7.4 mercs in a sea ray with limited room to work. The exhaust manifold bolts are rusted out and I need help. I think I can drill out a couple of them but there are a couple that are imposible to get to. My question can I remove the cylinder head with the exhaust manifold on or can I use a sawsall to cut the manifold? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I pull the engine and use a torch and cut the heads off.
You may get by with using something like this.
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00952166000P if the heads of the bolts aren't too far gone.
