Hosting next weekend my cousins on my mom's side. My uncle died last November and us cousins decided we would not let the family connection die. I will have 20 people and 6 dogs at the house next weekend.

So Friday the gasoline line came off the pontoon outboard, I was trying to reach over the back deck to plug it back in when I slipped in my attempt (failed) to stay in the boat. Turns out my bad back has 2 bulging discs and that tailbone incident completely broke my tail bone off, displaced. You have not lived till you have a Dr with his finger up you azz trying to set your tailbone in place, at least the drugs were good.

The anal probe was worth it, the tailbone is staying in place. Got up and iced for a half hour and took zero pain pills. Now it just feels like a tooth ache not a root canal.

I drove 40 miles each way to get the fuel line connection to the Honda pontoon motor today. Hopefully no more fuel like popping off. Funny you order on line pay for expedited shipping pay immediately and it takes 2 days to ship?

My Rant. So I hit the ramp at 4:30 AM to go fishing. I’m the only boat there. This ramp has about 40 spaces for truck and trailer, It’s fairly tight. First thing,, after I’m loaded and ready to launch I roll down to the ramp and a Tahoe is parked blocking half the access. No idea what this guy was doing in the dark sitting there. So I deal with that. 4 hours later I come back to take out. I always park in the farthest spot to avoid the yaahoos. I walk up and a truck and trailer is right next to me so close my passenger door could not be opened, plus he is three feet back from the parking bumber leaving his trailer stick out in the lane. For the love of God!! There are only four other vehicles in the whole lot. It took me forever backing out and not hitting his trailer because you have to back your trailer into the lane swinging it to the left.
People are just plain dumb, ignorant, or entitled take your pick.
Ok I feel better now ( not really)

Ive dragged many an empty trailer out of the way in the parking lot at the lake because people corner you in with them. For the most part they should be thankful that's all I do.

I think my favorite is parking next to the ramp during the week or parking a sedan in one of the 10 trailer spots at my favorite ramp. Some people man.
