Wife has never messed with watering the lawn till yesterday when she thought today is the day. Problem is yesterday the crew showed up to apply weed killer to the lake on our shoreline, the irrigation pump hangs off the dock an area of priority treatment.

There are sure fired ways to make it rain, or stop it from raining. If you want it to rain, apply weed killer. If you want it to stop raining, apply fertilizer or seed... About the same with washing and waxing a vehicle also...
