The place in Portugal you posted and somewhere in Tahiti both seem to have bigger waves then Mavericks.

Ya back it in deep like the first pic until the trailer floats, then swing the toons under the wheels. The devil is in the details.

Actually, I'm not sure the toon's do go under the wheels.... Looks like the go up to the side of the wheel...

The toons do have a recess the length of the trailer. It would be interesting to see a launch and how the toons clear the ramp without a deep back down.
