Raising the ladder...

Have some of you devised a little cable or another way of raising the ladder on the back of your boat? With our Q7, we have to bend over and reach down into the water to pull the ladder up.

I was just wondering if anyone had added any cords to help pulling the ladder out of the water.

I have a great little mechanism to raise the ladder and it works by remote control from the helm.
