On my whaler there are little screw holes on my rail. Some of the holes have them and some are missing. They are used to fold the rail pieces together at a Tee or Elbow joint. Does anyone know where I can get some? Thanks

Re: Rail Screws

Hi, Stauter.

If you buy those "T"s new, they have set screws (Allen) in them. Boston Whaler replaced them with SS Phillips machine screws with nylon washers.

Remove one of the screws you have left and take it to a good hardware store. They should be able to sell you new screws and nylon washers.

Good luck. :)

Yes! As another Boston Whaler owner, I did have that problem. I did just that by putting nylon washers in.

JAZZ ;)

Re: Rail Screws

Supprising enough the Lowes in Mobile has a really good selection of stainless screws at a really good price.
