He was still sparring a week ago.
Lot of good it did him 😆.....but yeah ,another icon gone , never one of my faves but he sure did have some fans . Reckon he was responsible for a lot of childhood injuries too .....kids kung fooin themselves into the ED 😁

Walker is part of my childhood. I’ve probably seen every episode just as I have MASH. But I watched Mash because I wanted to, I watched Walker because it was on.. still a pretty decent show. I never liked any of his movies. Remember Walker and the gym equipment infomercials.

beats sitting around getting fat. 😂
No claims of exercise extending life, but no claims it doesn't .
Quality of life, however, is a claim and has merit, for which I can attest to.
I'd rather have my kids invest their time in some physical activity other than sitting around for hours with their faces buried in some screen. 🤔

Chuck was one of those guys who did a lot for people “under the radar.” He was a good human being. The legend of Chuck Norris will live on.

My dad always said you die when you stop moving.

He made a point to get up and leave the house every morning. Either to met with his friends at the coffee shop or go to the YMCA to ride the exercise bike.

He died “suddenly” (stroke) while watching TV with my younger brother. He was 86 years old.
