Quick sliver, throttle control, disassembly to replace trim switch? 1993 Mercruiser.

I have a trim issue, Up button doesn't work, but trailer button does. down does work. pump is fine. How does this handle come apart?​

Ayuh,..... Meter all the connections, 'n circuits at the pump,.....

Odds are the problem is something other than the switch,.....
