Quick Alpha Question?

What year did the Alpha get introduced? Would 1982 have an alpha? thanks

Ayuh,... Why ya askin',..??

Any of the drives from the late 70s through 91 will all interchange...

An 82 would be an MR, that Looks exactly like the Alpha 1, which came out a year or 2 later...

Looking at a donor boat thats an 82, just wondering if an alpha drive would bolt to whatever it has. Boat has good motor 5.7 no drive, but thinking of useing gimble stuff with engine. Thanks, sounds like it's doable.
