Ok folks, got a question about my tow rope (for my tube). It's one of those red/yellow ropes, about 50-60 feet long, with built-in loops on both ends. But on one end, the rope is much thicker/heavier for about last 4-5 feet. Where does this heavier, thicker end attach? At the tube, or at the ski eye of the boat? Thanks!

Just a guess here, but probably thicker due to the splice to create the loop being stronger near the boat connection.

I think there are a few YouTube videos about connecting a tow rope to a tube.

Back in the day when my kids were tubing, yea thats been a while, each tube or riding toy had its own method of attatching, but not sure about todays toys.
