I have a 19' open bow with the typical walk thru wind sheild configuration and the floor from the front seats forward needs to be replaced. My question is, how do I get the floor out from under the dash and front seat area? Likewise, how to get the new floor in.. Thanks for any suggestions.

Time to "pop the cap!"

I don't mean to ruin your day but chances are real good your going to find a lot of other problems under that rotted deck like soaked foam and rotted stringers.

Perhaps, and if so I'll deal with it. However, I've already replaced the center section of the boat floor, and part of the rear port section. I did replace some wet foam, but the stringers were solid. I'm guessing the front will be about the same, just more difficult to access.
