q996 Wave Venture Starter Relay

I replaced the starter relay on my 1996 Wave Venture 700. Now when I hit the start button the starter runs non stop. Did I cross wires ?? I double checked an it appears everything is wired the same as it was on the old relay.

What am I missing ??
