While running check to see if their is "fluid" in the vent line running from the fuel pump to the carb. If their is any their the diaphram is bad. Also if their is fuel in the oil the diaphram is bad.
I noticed on the bottom side of the fuel pump there is a black hose cut off with a screw in the middle of it. there is no "clear line" either on this that runs from the carb to the fuel pump. could this be a problem.... is this supposed to be like this ?
