pulling out the fuse box on a 2008 190TX bass tracker

I am new to this site. Trying to find out how to remove the fuse box from my 2008 tracker 190 TX. I need to remove the old wire for a depth finder that has been fused in. I removed the panel but cannot get the fuse board out the small cutout. Any help is very appreciated!!!!

Did you remove that big face plate surrounding the cut out?

I removed 4 screws but I can’t get the big face plate to lift off. I was told by Cabelas to pry it off carefully but it seems stuck on the bottom left. Was wondering if I need to disconnect something else to remove that faceplate. Do I need to disconnect the two red wires at the top to pull it out? TIA
