Re: proper spark plug gap

Engine ran on one squirt of fuel shot down the prt&stbd venturis BUT there's no fuel PSI showing on the pressure gage.

Priming new engine issue-
Procedure- (Using a outboard vac pump installed between the 350's fuel pump&tank line to prime fuel-water separator/fuel pump/fuel line & new Holley marine 650.)

Question- Will fuel flow out of the Holley's bowl(s) overflows (into venturis) when both bowls are full confirming the fuel system is ready for engine start?
Thx

Nope,... The floats will push the needle valves closed, 'n the primer bulb should get hard...
Just like it does with the motor runnin'...

Ok
No fuel line pressure is because of assembly error. Pump works alot better when the fuel pump push-rod is installed. LOL Moment of kluts. Onward. Adjusted rocker arms per post above.
Cheers.

Checking in- Engine break-in is good with 7 hrs under way. Ran 100 miles yesterday for three hours up and down with power settings. Engine is tight but temperature is steady at 150*/oil is 50 psi. The engine is a 1978 4 bold/1992 heads/ Holley 650 and TB-lV.
What should the advance be at 2500 RPM?
Thanks for everything.
