proper set up for twin I/O tie bar

with twin mercruiser alpha gen 2 outdrives . to set up the tie bar , is there any kind of toe in or toe out or is it dead straight . i'm thinking you get the center of the outdrive measurement equal equal in the front and back .

Ayuh,..... You want 1/16" to 1/8" toe-in, measured at the propshafts,....
It'll negate any slop in the steerin' linkages,.....
