Prop shaft replacement Merc 50

[STEVENS1920]

I have a merc 50 s/n 7192276 I believe it to be mid 80's. The prop shaft is bent, and I am going to replace it. Does anyone have detailed instructions on getting the shaft out of the case? Thanks in advance, Tim

After removing the prop use a spanner to remove the carrier nut the the carrier pulls out and the shift simply pulls out next.
