prop help need it please

i have a 19 foot fibreglass boat center console with 150 evinrude 2001 THE PROBLEM I TRY TO CORRECT IS THE RPMS NOT PASS 3300 AT FULL THROL but the rpm no pass 3300 the propeller i have on it is 14.8+17new aluminiun prop evinrude brand ( is the prop to big for my engine?}can son one help me please

With that prop you should easily get past 3300RPM. You have a motor problem or a bad tach.

I would start by confirming that it is running on all cylinders.
