Hey gang, I am looking for details ...

We would be looking for details too!

What do you have?
Boat, motor, outdrive, gear ratios, top speed, rpm, prop pitch and diameter. Details!

Don't know how we could guess a 19'.
We don't know if its a 16 footer or a 25 footer 110 hp or 300.
Loaded to the max,is the motor healthy.etc. etc.

Generally, you go down one step in pitch from what you use as your "regular" prop.

You're right. I'm revising my recommendation to 27.
